Vodafone's portfolio of products is extremely diverse including Cloud & Hosting (Co-location, Data storage, Flexible computing, private cloud), Contact Centre, Fixed data network and infrastructure, Internation voice and data, Machine-to-machine (M2M), Security, Unified Comms and mobile connectivity.
Currently they communicate these offerings all individually with very little ‘glue’ bringing them all together. The idea is to create a 'journey' - the ability to run through scenarios, highlight key products, then be able to drill down into more complex information, including case studies and research papers, which introduces the theme of ‘making a customer a Ready Business’.
